目的:研究老年2型糖尿病患者骨密度及血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b水平的变化,为糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床研究提供参数.方法:采用单能定量CT(QCT)对53例老年2型糖尿病患者及40例健康老年人进行脊柱骨密度(BMD)测定,并测量所有受试者抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5b)的活性.结果:老年2型糖尿病患者脊柱BMD均值显著低于对照组[(74.75±22.70)mg/cm3 vs (88.04±28.29)mg/cm3,P<0.05];老年2型糖尿病组TRACP-Sb显著低于对照组[(2.89±0.75)U/L vs (3.30±0.79)U/L,P<0.05],且与T2DM患者脊柱BMD均值显著负相关(r=-0.698,P<0.05).结论:老年2型糖尿病患者存在不同程度骨密度下降,且骨吸收功能降低.TRACP-5b是反映骨吸收率的较好的标志物.
Changes of Bone density and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5 b in Elder Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
AIM: To investigate the changes of bone density and serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b in elderly subjects with Type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) and to provide parameters for clinical research on osteoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes . METHOS: BMDs of spine were measured by QCT in patients with T2DM (n =53) and health controls (n = 40). Serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase Sb levels in all the subjects were measured. RESULTS: The spine BMD values in the T2DM patients significantly reduced compared with those in control[ (74.75 ±22.70)mg/cc vs(88.04±28.29)mg/cc, P <0. 05] and the concentrations of serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b in T2DM group were significantly lower than those in controls[ (2.89 ±0.75) u/L vs (3. 30 ±0.79) u/L, P <0. 05]. TRACP-5b levels was negatively correlated with spine mean BMD in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (r = - 0. 698, P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The spine BMD in elderly T2DM patients is lower and the function of bone absorption degrades in elderly T2DM patients. The tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b is a good maker to reflect the bone absorption rate.
