武警某部官兵演习后心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的:了解演习后官兵的心理健康状况变化及其影响因素,为武警官兵演习后心理疏导提供依据.方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)等对某部参加完军事演习任务的521名武警官兵进行调查.结果:武警官兵演习后SDS自评量表评分≥50分的人数为258人,抑郁阳性率49.5%.在部队感受压力大、与家人关系差、饮食差、兴趣爱好少、文化程度低、来自城市、有精神疾病家族史者,抑郁自评量表评分越高.SAS自评量表评分≥50分的人数为78人,焦虑阳性率15.0%.在部队感受压力大、性格内向、觉得部队问题生活差、不争取立功受奖者,焦虑自评量表评分越高.结论:演习后武警官兵存在不同程度的抑郁和焦虑,应及时进行心理咨询和疏导,提高官兵心理健康水平.
Abstract
AIM: To find out the post-maneuver psychological health status of Chinese People's Armed Police Force ( CAPF) and its influencing factors so as to provide scientific bases for CAPF's psychological counseling. METHODS: Self-rating depression scale ( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to survey the psychological health status and its influencing factors in 558 officers and soldiers of CAPF, who had just accomplished maneuvers. RESULTS: Among the 521 samples, there are 258 samples whose marks of SDS were higher than 50, the incidence rate of depression being 49. 5%. Those samples with higher stress, worse relationship, worse diet, fewer interests, lower education level, urban background and family history of psychosis got higher marks. There ore 78 samples whose total marks of SAS were higher than 50, the incidence rate of anxiety being 15.0%. Those samples with higher stress and introvert personality, terrible feelings on entertainment life, and lack interest to be commended got higher marks. CONCLUSION: The soldiers and officers in CAPF have post-maneuver psychological problems to various degrees, such as depression and anxiety. To improve the psychological health of CAPF, counseling methods adopted should vary with different psychological problems.
