Clinical application of lower half laminectomy reimplanted in lumbar cataplasia surgery
AIM: To explore and design less time-consuming approach in posterior lumbar approach. METHODS: Operation was performed in 120 cases. Vertebral plate was intersected from 5-6 mm distance to vertebral plate ridge after exposure of two sides of lumbar vertebral plate. Inferior vertebral plate was dissociated for the next operative procedure. The intersected vertebral plates were recovered to the original position. RESULTS: Lami-nograftomy was successfully performed in the 120 lumbar degenerative cases. Six months follow-up showed that 97 patients were completely recovered,15 cases with prominently good results, and 8 cases with good results. The JOA scores of post-operation were enhanced significantly (P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: This technique is safe and effective for nerve root decompression,inter-vertebra confluens and centrum reposition.
