Application of hemihepatic vascular control and liver hanging maneuver in hepatectomy
AIM:To improve the operative skill of hepatectomy so as to prevent postoperative liver dysfunction. METHODS:Operative procedures and postoperative recovery of 46 hepatectomy patients treated with hemihepatic vascular control and liver hanging maneuver were studied by retrospective anniysis. RESULTS:The hepatic vascniar control time was 13 -47 min in hepatectomy patients and the intraoperative blood loss was 140 -910 mL. All the patients achieved quick liver function recovery after operation and no liver dysfunction or death occurred. CONCLUSION : The method of hemihepatic vascular control and liver hanging maneuver has the advantages of time saving, safe performance, less bleeding, good view of anatomic structures and high operation success rate. This method has a good prospect for clinical application in hepatic surgery.
