新型聚氨酯心脏瓣膜的血液相容性研究

目的:引入已二酸亚己酯(PDMS)与二甲基硅醚(PHMO)单体的新型聚氨酯弹性体材料作为人工心脏瓣膜材料的可行性.方法:通过溶血实验、体外动态凝血时间实验、血小板黏附实验进行此种新型聚氨酯弹性体血液相容性研究.结果:新型聚氨酯材料溶血指数小于5%,符合生物医用材料的溶血性要求;动态凝血时间实验提示新型聚氨酯材料组较对照组有明显的抗凝血性能(P<0.05);血小板黏附实验新型聚氨酯材料抑制血小板黏附能力优于对照组聚氨酯材料(P<0.05).结论:此新型聚氨酯弹性体具有良好的血液相容性,符合人工心脏瓣膜材料血液相容性的要求.
Study on blood compatibility of a novel polyurethane
AIM: To evaluate the hemocompatibility of a novel polyurethane and to discuss the potentials of its clinical application. METHODS: The hemocompatibility of the novel polyurethane was evaluated by hemolysis test,dynamic cruor time test,and platelets adhesion test. RESULTS: The hemolytic indexes of the polyurethane were lower than 5%. Dynamic cruor time test showed that the novel polyurethane had better blood anticoagulant activity than that in control group,with significant statistical difference (P<0.05). Platelet adhesion test showed that the ability of inhibiting platelet adhesion in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The novel polyurethane is good in blood compatibility and meets the requirements for valves used in artificial heart assistant devices.
