季节变化对健康人免疫功能的影响

目的:动态观察季节变化对健康人免疫功能的影响.方法:对20例大学生志愿者分别在春分(VE)、夏至(SS)、秋分(AE)、冬至(WS)4个实验日分为VE组、SS组、AE组、WS组,应用流式细胞术对外周血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD56+进行分析;应用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6及唾液中algA,IgG水平;应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中IFN-γ水平.结果:CD4+VE组高于WS组(P<0.05);IL-2,IL-6高于AE组[(5.39±1.17) vs (4.02±0.89),(106.79±62.98) vs (95.87±39.43),P<0.05];IFN-γ(3.82±0.18)高于WS组(2.72±0.92);CD3+和CD4+/CD8+比值SS组高于VE组、AE组、WS组(P<0.05或P<0.01);CD8+而则低于后者,CD4+高于WS组(P<0.01);IL-1β,IL-2及IFN-γ高于AE组[(0.21±0.15) vs (0.14±0.23),(6.47±1.82) vs (4.02±0.89),(4.58±0.21) vs (2.72±0.92),P均<0.05];IL-2,IFN-γ高于WS组[(6.47±1.82) vs (3.55±1.02),(4.58±0.21) vs (2.58±3.79),P<0.05或P<0.01];sIgA,IgG高于WS组[(95.98±56.35) vs (84.99±39.82),(21.05±10.11) vs (18.03±9.27),均P<0.05].结论:机体免疫功能存在春夏高,秋冬低的季节节律,季节对免疫功能的调节可能是通过T淋巴细胞及其免疫网络进行的.
Effect of seasonal variation on basal immunity function of healthy individuals
AIM: To dynamically observe the influence of seasonal variation on the immune function in healthy individuals. METHODS: The immune substance was assessed in 20 healthy volunteers on Vernal Equino (VE), Summer Solstice (SS) , Autumnal Equinox(AE) and Winter Solstice(WS) in their chron-ological order and the detected indexes were divided into 4 groups (VE, SS, ALE and WS). The populations of CD3+ CD4+, CD8+ and CD56+ lymphocytes from peripheral blood were assessed by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-6 from serum and sIgA and IgG from saliva were measured by RIA. The levels of IFN-γ, from serum were detected by ELISA. RESULTS: Compared with those in VE group, the populations of CD4 and the levels of IFN-γ were obviously lower in WS group (P<0.05) and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were lower in AE group(P<0.05). Compared with those in SS group, the popala-tious of CD3+ and the CD4+/CD8+ ratios were lower in VE, AE and WS groups, while the populations of CD8+ increased signifi-candy (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in these groups. The populations of CD4+ reduced in WS group(P<0.01 ), the levels of IL-1β, IL-2 and IFN-γ decreased in AE group(P<0.05) and the levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, sIgA and IgG reduced obviously in WS group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION: There is a tendency that immune function is higher in spring/summer and lower in au-tumn/winter, and the effect of seasonal variation on immunity function is mainly regulated by T lyrnphocytes and their immuno-logical network.
