摘要

目的:探讨甲氧滴滴涕(MXC)对雌性小鼠子宫内膜促血管生成素-1表达的影响.方法:成年雌性小鼠经口染毒MXC,随机分为50,100,200 mg/(kg·d)3个染毒组和溶剂芝麻油组(对照组).采用免疫组织化学及电子计算机图像分析技术,检测染毒后小鼠子宫内膜中ANGPT-1的表达情况.结果:MXC染毒组与正常内膜相比,ANGPT-1呈高表达状态,差异有显著性(P<0.01).MXC50,100,200 mg/(kg·d)组内膜与正常内膜均随月经周期呈周期性改变,MXC100,200mg/(kg·d)组内膜ANGPT-1在增殖期的表达强度高于分泌期,与正常内膜相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);而MXC50mg/(kg·d)组内膜与正常内膜相比,ANGPT-1在增殖期的表达强度无差异(P>0.05).结论:MXC染毒后小鼠子宫内膜中ANGPT-1的高表达可能在子宫内膜疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用.

Abstract

AIM: To explore the effects of methoxychlor(MXC) on expression of ANGPT-1 on endometrium of female mice. METHODS: MXC was administrated to the adult female rats at doses of 0 (control), 50, 100 and 200 mg/(kg·d). Immuno-histochemical method and computerized image analysis technology were employed to detect the expression of ANGPT-1 on endometrium of MXC treated female mice. RESULTS: The expression level of ANGPT-1 in MXC groups was higher than that in control (P<0.01). Cyclic variations of endometrium were observed in 50, 100 and 200 mg/(kg·d) MXC groups and control group. Compared with that in control, the expression level of ANGPT-1 in 100 and 200 mg/(kg·d) MXC groups during proliferation phase was higher than that during secretory phase (P<0.01), but no significant difference was observed in the expression of ANGPT-1 in 50 mg/(kg·d) MXC group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The higher expression of ANGPT-1 in MXC-treated endometrium indicates that ANGPT-1 may play a pivotal role in the pathophysi-ology and development of diseases on endometrium.
