猪胃中间横带及近远端部位的电生理变化

目的:测定猪空腹、餐后胃中间横带(MTB)及近远端部位平滑肌的电活动变化,探讨MTB在胃排空中的作用及机制.方法:在单光子发射计算机断层照相仪(SPECT)下对8只健康约克夏(Yorkshire)猪标记胃中间横带,麻醉后打开腹腔,分别在胃腹侧面浆膜层依次缝置4对Ag-AgCl双极电极:E4距幽门 2 cm;E3位于核素棒所标记MTB的中点处;E2位于蠕动波的起始处;E1位于胃底部.最后利用RM6240B多道生理信号采集处理仪记录进食前后各部位平滑肌的电活动.结果:进食后各部位的慢波频率均较空腹时增加(P<0.05);进食后E1处的锋电位频率、锋电位波峰面积、锋电位振幅较空腹时无明显变化;进食后E2-4处的锋电位频率、锋电位波峰面积、锋电位振幅较空腹时增加(P<0.05);同一部位进食后的锋电位频率、锋电位波峰面积、锋电位振幅也较空腹时增加(P<0.05).其变化值趋渐增加,以E4处最大.结论:进食后MTB的电活动较空腹时增加,是自近端胃至远端胃的过渡,可能不是局部平滑肌收缩的结果.
Electrophysiology changes of midgastric transverse band and near far-end spot of pig stomachs
AIM: To study the role and the mechanism of midgastric transverse band(MTB) in gastric emptying by determining the electrical activity changes of smooth muscles of MTB and near-far spot in fasting and postprandial pigs. METHODS: Under single photon emission computed tomography imnger (SPECT), we tagged MTB in 8 healthy Yorkshire pigs, anesthetired them, opened their abdominal cavity, and then respectively sewed 4 pairs of Ag-AgCl bipolar electrode in serosa layer of the stomach ventral side. E4 was 2 cm from the pylorus, E3 waslocated the midpoint of MTB marked by rods nuclide, E2 was located at the beginning of peristaltic wave and E1 was located at the bottom of the stomach. The electrical activity in the four parts of smooth muscles was recorded by RM6240B multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing instrument before and after med. RESULTS: Compared with that of fasting pigs, the slow-wave frequency of each part increased in postprandial pigs (P<0.05). Compared with those of fasting pigs, no significant changes were observed in the spike frequency, spike peak area and spike-amplitude after med in E1, but significant increase was observed in the spike frequency, the spike peak area and spike amplitude after med in E2 to E4 (P<0.05 ). The spike frequency, spike peak area and spike amplitude of the same positions increased after med compared with those before med (P<0.05). The changes were of an increasing tendency, with the changes in E4 were the most remarkable. CONCLUSION: The electrical activity of MTB after med increases compared with that before med, a transition from proximal to distal stomach, indiesring that the changes are not the result of local smooth muscle con-traction.
