摘要
目的:探讨曼月乐对子宫内膜不典型增生患者子宫内膜病理学变化的影响.方法:子宫内膜不典型增生6例患者宫内放置曼月乐后,每3 mo左右行一次诊断性刮宫后再放置曼月乐环,然后观察子宫内膜病理学改变.结果:连续3～4次手术后,子宫内膜不典型增生表现逐渐消失.结论:曼月乐环对非典型增生的子宫内膜具有治疗作用.
Abstract
AIM: To study the effect of Mirena on atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. METHODS: Diagnostic curettage and placement of Mirena in uterus were performed every 3 months in 6 patients pathologically diagnosed as having atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. RESULTS: After 3-4 treatments, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium disappeared gradually, CONCLUSION: Mirena has good therapeutic effect on atypical hyperplaaia of endometrium.
