脊髓损伤后弱激光照射对胶质瘢痕的影响

目的:研究大鼠脊髓损伤后弱激光经皮照射对脊髓胶质瘢痕的影响. 方法:SD大鼠30只,随机分成对照组和照射组(n=15),制成脊髓半横断模型,经皮照射相应的损伤脊髓节段.在1,3,7,14 d行BBB评分,在3,7,14 d行普通HE染色和免疫荧光标记染色观察. 结果:照射组的BBB评分高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);照射组比对照组脊髓空洞范围减小(P<0.05),并且损伤区周边NF分布较多,GFAP表达较少;照射组损伤区内硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖(CSPGs)的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论:脊髓损伤后用弱激光经皮照射导致损伤区范围胶质瘢痕减少,CSPGs表达下降,从而减轻继发性损伤,有利于神经轴突再生和功能恢复.
Effect of low power laser irradiation on glial scars following spinal cord injury
AIM: To explore the therapeutic effect of low power laser irradiation on glial scars following spinal cord injury (SCI). METHODS: Thirty adult SD rats were divided randomly into 2 groups: control group and irradiation group. Hemisection SCI models were established in all the SD rats and low laser irradiated from skin surface to the depth of the spinal cord. At 1, 3, 7 and 14 d after injury, nerve recovery was evaluated by BBB and at 3, 7 and 14 d after injury, spinal cord hollows, glial scar changes and CS56 expression were observed by immunohistochemistry and HE. RESULTS: After spinal cord injury, the score of BBB in the irradiation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The spinal cord hollows of the irradiation group became significantly smaller than those in control group (P < 0.05), and the expression of neurofilament (NF) in the irradiation group increased near the injury areas. The expression of CS56 in the irradiation group decreased after spinal cord injury, compared with that in control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Low power laser irradiation decreases the glial scar of the injury area and the expression of CS56. Low power laser irradiation thus relieves the secondary spinal cord injury and promotes nerve recovery.
