金匮肾气丸对大鼠肾阳虚症的干预研究

摘要
目的:探讨金匮肾气丸对生精功能障碍大鼠的影响及作用机理.方法:成年雄性SD大鼠100只随机分成5组:空白对照组(正常组)、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、模型组,除正常组外,其他组大鼠用氢化町的松注射液制造肾阳虚模型.在造模的同时分别对高、中、低剂最组用金匮肾气丸混悬液灌胃,连续用药30 d.测血清睾酮含量,取附睾液镜下观察精子密度和活动百分率,光镜观察睾丸的显微结构.结果:金匮肾气丸可使生精功能障碍大鼠上述指标得到一定程度的改善,并趋近于空白对照组水平.结论:金匮肾气丸对大鼠肾阳虚模型有一定的治疗作用.
Abstract
AIM: To explore the ability and mechanism of Jinkuishenqiwan to inhibit the spemratgoenic arrest infertile. METHODS: One hundred mature male rats were divided into 5 groups randomly: Blank group, model group, treated group with high dosage Jinkuishenqiwan, with middle dosage Jinkuishenqiwan, with low dosage Jinkuishenqiwan. Except the normal group, the others were made into model of kidney-yang deficiency by injecting hydrocortisone. simultaneityly the treatment of Jinkuishenqiwan also was irrigated into the stomachs of the high, middle and low group. After 30 d, the concentration of testosterone, the status and movement percent of sperm were examined: the microstructure of textile was observed under optical microscope. RESULTS: All those datum had some improving tendency after irrigated Jinkuishenqiwan compared with the model group. CONCLUSION: It is indicated that Jinkuishenqiwan exerts a certain therapeutic effect on the kidney-yang deficiency in rats.
