Prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after laparoscopic operation at high altitude area
AIM: To explore the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after laparoscopic operation at high altitude area( > 3000 meter, PO2 <75%). METHODS: The clinical data of 238 patients underdone laparoscopic operation at high altitude area were analyzed. 117 patients ( treated group) were treated with energetic interventional measures, but 121 patients(control group) were treated routinely. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after laparoscopic operation was observed. And 13 patients with DVT received combined therapy, including anticoagulation, thrombolysis et al. RESULTS: The incidence of DVT was 1.71% in treated group and 9.09% in control group, there was significant difference (P < 0.05). After combined therapy, 10 patients got excellent curative effect, and 3 patients got good curative effect. CONCLUSION: At high altitude area, preventive measures are necessary for DVT to improve hypercoagulabale state during perioperative period. The patients of DVT need early diagnosis and early treatment.
