目的:研究Ad-Flk1-Fc对膀胱肿瘤血管生成的抑制作用.方法:建立膀胱肿瘤皮下移植瘤模型,对照组及肿瘤组随机瘤内注射PBS及Ad-Flk1-Fc(2×10~9 PFU),2次/wk,共2wk.观察瘤内注射Ad-Flk1-Fc后肿瘤体积变化,并采用免疫组化法测定微血管密度(MVD).结果:治疗组与对照组的肿瘤体积、质量、MVD值两组间差异有统计学意义.结论:AdFlk1-Fc能够有效抑制膀胱肿瘤的血管生成,并抑制肿瘤生长.
Inhibitory effect of Ad-Flk1-Fc on angiogenesis in bladder tumer
AIM:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Ad-Flk1-Fc on angiogenesis in bladder tumer.METHODS:Subcutaneous tumors were established in syngenic T 739 mice with B33739 cells.In each group,the mice were randomized and given PBS (vehicle control),2×10~9 PFU of Ad-Flk1-Fc(intratumoral injection,twice per week for 2 weeks).The gross volume of tumor were measured,the microvessel density(MVD)of tumorous tissues was observed using immunohistochemistry and pathological examination was conducted with light microscope.RESULTS:There was a significant difference in grossvolume,weight and MVD value of the tumor between the treatment and control group.CONCLUSION:Ad-Flk1-Fc can effectively inhibit the angiogenesis of bladder cancer in mice.
