老年慢性心力衰竭患者血浆TNF-α和MMP-9浓度检测的意义

摘要
目的:探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)浓度检测的意义.方法:采用ELISA方法测定100例老年心力衰竭患者(CHF组)和50例健康者(对照组)的血浆TNF-α和MMP-9浓度,经胸超声心动图检查,测出左心室参数.结果:老年CHF组血浆TNF-α和MMP-9浓度均高于对照组,且随着心力衰竭程度的加重而显著增加(P＜0.05);老年CHF组血浆TNF-α和MMP-9浓度分别与左心室舒张末内径呈正相关(P＜0.05),而与左心室射血分数及左心室短轴缩短率呈负相关(P＜0.05),并且TNF-α和MMP-9浓度之间呈显著正相关(P＜0.05).结论:老年CHF血浆TNF-α和MMP-9浓度水平密切相关,其浓度的检测有助于判断CHF病情的严重程度.
Abstract
AIM:To investigate the clinical significant of Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9)concentration in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).METHODS:100 patients with CHF and 50 healthy controls were examined by echocardiography,and their TNF-α and MMP-9 concentration were detected by ELISA.RESULTS:The plasma level of TNF-α and(MMP-9 of CHF group were higher than those of the control group,and increased with the severity of heart failure.The level of TNF-α and MMP-9 were positively correlated with the left ventricular and diastolic diameter (LVEDD),and negatively correlated with the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular fraction shorter (LVFS).TNF-α levels were positively related to MMP-9 levels (all P＜0.01).CONCLUSION:Plasma levels of TNF-α are consistent with the increased level of MMP-9 in elderly patients with CHF.It suggest that TNF-α and MMP-9 play an important role in the development of heart failure.The measurement of TNFα and MMP-9 will be helpful for the diagnosis prognosticate and predict the development of CHF.
