Evaluation of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation and early rehabilitation treatment of the patients with unstable pelvic fractures
AIM:To evaluate the effects of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation and early rehabilitation treatment of the patients with unstable pelvic fractures.METHODS:Finy cases with unstable pelvic fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous fixation and early rehabilitation. The clinical results were compared for these 2 groups.RESULTS:Observer Group, clinical excellent and good rate with the control group,no significant difference(P>0.05).①Observer Group operative time, bleeding volume, incision length, postoperative fever, length of hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, with significant differences(P<0.01).②Observer Group in the course of treatment the incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group showed no significant differences, but also without infection, limb shortening, pelvis and other serious complications torsion.CONCLUSION:Minimally invasive percutaneous fixation and Early rehabilitation is effective in treatment of the patients with Unstable pelvic fractures, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
