桡尺骨截骨治疗遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤病所致严重前臂畸形的疗效评估

摘要
目的:探讨桡尺骨截骨治疗遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤病所致的前臂畸形的疗效.方法:桡骨梯形截骨附加桡骨小头环状韧带修复矫正前臂桡骨小头脱位畸形的同时,行尺骨桡侧楔形截骨以矫正尺偏弯曲畸形.结果:随访病例前臂畸形得到明显改观,前臂活动及旋转功能改善,影像资料显示形态效果满意.结论:桡骨梯形截骨附加桡骨小头环状韧带修复矫正桡骨小头脱位,同时行尺骨桡侧楔形截骨以矫正尺偏弯曲畸形的手术方法,可以保证遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤病所致的严重前臂畸形得到满意的矫形.
Abstract
AIM:To discuss the effect of radius and ulna osteotomy on treatment of serious forearm malformation caused by Hereditary Multiple Exostoses(HME).METHODS:3 HME patients(5 forearm)received radius trapezoid osteotomy and radiUS capitulum annular ligament repairing to correct forearm capitulum deformity,and meanwhile,ulnar wedgy osteotomy to correct bowing deformity.RESULTS:Follow-ups show that these cases all have successfully improved on rectify of forearm deformity and forearm rotating.CONCLUSION:Radius and ulna osteotomy and radius capitulum annular ligament repairing to forearm capitulure deformity and ulnar bowing and shorting deformity that caused by HME is approbatory surgical way.
