股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣逆行转移修复胭窝软组织缺损

目的:探讨股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复胭窝软组织缺损的临床应用经验.方法:采用股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣逆行转移修复胭窝软组织缺损6例,其中烧伤3例,外伤2例,烧伤后不稳定性瘢痕1例.皮瓣切取最大面积12 cm×15cm,最小7 cm×9 cm.结果:6例皮瓣均一期成活,随访8~25mo,胭窝部均获满意得外形及功能,股后部供瓣区亦未遗留明显畸形.结论:股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣血供充分、供区较隐蔽、可供切取范围广、手术操作简单、不牺牲下肢主要动脉,是修复胭窝皮肤软组织缺损的理想皮瓣.
Repairing skin and soft tissue defects of popliteal fossa with retrograde posterior temoral cutaneous neurovascular flaps
AIM:To investigate clinical value of retrograde posterior temoral cutaneous neurovascular flaps on repairing skin and soft tissue defects of popliteal fossa.METHODS:Six cases of skin and soft tissue defects of popliteal fossa,including 3 cases of bums,2 cases of trauma and 1 case of unstable scar were treated by using retrograde posterior temoral cutaneous neurovascular flaps with an area ranged from 7 cm×9 cm to 12 cm×15 cm.RESULTS:All cases were survived soundly.With 8-25 months follow-up all cases were obtained satisfactory results in appearance and function and no obvious deformities remain on posterior temoral.CONCLUSION:Retrograde posterior temoral cutaneous neurovascular flap with the advantage of adequate blood supply,concealed donor site,minimal invasive,simple manipulating and the avoidance of sacrificing the major artery is an effective and convenient method to repair skin and soft tissue defects of popliteal fossa.
