摘要
目的:研究调合法消毒对石膏模型抗弯强度,抗压强度和尺寸精度的影响.方法:实验组分别采用20g/L戊二醛、1g/L碘伏、5g/L 84消毒液和对照组采用蒸馏水调拌超硬石膏粉制成长方体样品和上颌牙弓测量样品,用万能试验机测试其强度,用测量显微镜测量样品的长度,所得数据进行统计学处理.结果:采用的不同消毒液制取的超硬石膏试件,其压缩强度,弯曲强度及尺寸方面未出现明显的不同(P＞0.05).结论:采用实验所选的消毒液调拌超硬石膏粉对超硬石膏的抗压强度,抗弯强度及精度无明显影响.
Abstract
AIM:To study the influence on dimensional accuracy,the bending and compressive intensity of superhard gypsum powder mixed with disinfectant.METHODS:The experimental group adopted 20 g/L Wu dialdehyde,1 g/L iodine,5 g/L 84 disinfectant respectively and the Control group adopted the distilled water tune to mix superhard gypsum powder to manufacture the rectangular parallelepiped sample and upper jaw dental arch survey samples.The intensity was tested by omnipotent testing machine and samples length was measured with survey microscope.The obtained data were analysed statistically.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in compressive intensity,bending intensity and dimensional accuracy of the superhard gypsum specimen(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:There is no significant influence on compressive intensity,bending intensity and dimensional accuracy of the superhard gypsum powder mixed with selected disinfectant.
