新型农村合作医疗贫困线的测算

摘要
目的:确定不同经济水平地区的新型农村合作医疗的贫困线水平.方法:文章数据来源于2005年和2006年的宁波市专项合作医疗调查,采用扩展线性支出系统法(ELES)对当地的贫困线水平进行测算.结果:新型农村合作医疗贫困线测算结果为年人均4410元.结论:满足宁波地区农村居民基本生活需求的贫困线为4410元,根据这个贫困线水平,为宁波地区农村居民就医经济风险,就医经济风险临界线的分析提供参考.
Abstract
AIM:To ascertain poverty line of the new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS)in different economic levels districts.METHODS:The data came from Ningbo city's special investigation of cooperative medical system between 2005 and 2006.The model of extended linear expenditure system(ELES)was used to estimate the local's poverty line.RESULTS:The poverty line of the NCMS is RMB 4410 per capital.CONCLUSION:The poverty line which could meet the basic needs of rural resident's living standards is RMB 4410,the poverty line can take as a reference when analysis the economic risk for medical service (ERMS)and the critical line of "the poverty because of illness"for rural residents in Ningbo city.
