运动补剂对肾阳虚模型左心室舒张功能影响的研究

目的:观察运动补剂对肾阳虚模型左心室舒张功能的影响.方法:将21只新西兰家兔随机分成正常对照组(正常组)、类肾阳虚组(模型组)、模型加中药治疗组(中药组).观察3组兔舒张功能在经静脉快速注入生理盐水增加前负荷前后的变化.结果:模型组左心室舒张末期压升高(P<0.01);左室内压最大下降速率减慢,心力环Ⅳ相加大,与环体总面积比值加大(P<0.01);在快速增加前负荷过程中,上述心脏舒张性能指标进一步下降,5 min后才全部恢复.提示模型组左心室舒张顺应性降低,主动舒张力量和舒张速率下降,左心室舒张应激能力储备下降.而中药组家兔左室舒张末期压、左室内压最大下降速率心力环Ⅳ相及其与环体总面积比值,与正常组比较也无统计学意义.结论:①模趔组左心室舒张顺应性下降,主动舒张力最和舒张速率降低.②中药组左心室舒张顺应性及左心室舒张力量和舒张速率,均与正常无差异.③在快速增加前负荷过程中,中药组舒张功能在6 s内升高趋势,至静脉注射结束及其在后10 min内,保持基本不变,与正常组变化趋势一致.
Effect of sports tonics in improving diastolic function of left ventricle diastole in kidney-yang deficiency model
AIM: To observe the improvement effects of sports tonics on left ventricle diastolic function of rabbits with kidney-yang deficiency. METHODS: Twenty-one rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, a treatment group( natural group) , a control group of kidney-yang deficiency ( model group ) , a group of treatment group of kidney-yang deficiency model with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) (group TCM). The Changes of loading of diastolic function in rabbits according to injection of Normal saline into vein to increase the preload in the natural group, model group and TCM group were compared. RESULTS: After modeling, the increase of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure were found in model group ( P < 0.01) , but the maximal decrease rate of left ventricle pressure become slower, and the cardiac force loop IV and the total area ratio with loop body increased ( P < 0.01) ; in the process of increasing the pre-load, the above-mentioned diastolic capability index decreased interiorly, and come back entirely 5 min later. Clue; The left ventricular diastolic Resilience of rabbits in model group decreased, the diastolic power and diastolic speed also descended, and the stress ability repertory of left ventricular diastole was diminished. But in the TCM group, the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure,the maximal decrease rate of left ventricle pressure and the ratio with loop body, had no significant differences as compared with those in natural group. CONCLUSION:①The left ventricular diastole of rabbits in model group decreased accordingly, the diastolic power and diastolic speed also descended; ②The left ventricular diastolic Resilience of rabbits, the diastolic power and diastolic speed in TCM group decreased accordingly had no difference with the treatment group.③In the process of increasing the pre-load, theleft ventricular diastolic function of rabbits in group TCM could increase within 6 s, and retain steady until 10 min later after the vein injection, which keep the same changing current with the treatment group.
