血必净注射液对慢性心衰患者疗效及对凝血功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察血必净注射液治疗慢性心衰疗效及和凝血功能的影响.方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予以常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液50 mL静滴,每日2次.观察2组1周后治疗效果,观察心功能改善程度,通过检测血浆P-选择素、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和D-二聚体水平的变化观察凝血功能情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%.对照组为66.67%.两组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.01),对照组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组各项检测指标与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:血必净注射液能明显改善慢性心衰临床总有效率及对患者的凝血功能有保护作用,在慢性心衰的治疗过程中起重要辅助治疗作用.
Abstract
AIM: To observe the efficacy and impact on blood coagulation about Xuebijing injection in the patients of chronic Heart Failure. METHODS: Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases of control group got conventional therapy, 30 cases of the treatment group were given plus 50 mL Xuebijing on the basis conventional therapy, intravenous injection 2 times daily. Observation the treatment effect of two groups after one week, the changes of cardiac function were observedand levels of plasma P-selectin, von Willebrand's factor (vWF) and D-diraer were determined. RESULTS ;The detective targets compared with those before treatment were significantly different in treatment group after treatment ( P < 0. 01) ,The detective targets compared with those before treatment were significantly different in control group after treatment( P < 0. 05 ) , However, the detective targets of treatment group compared with those of control group treatment were significantly different after treatment ( P < 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: Xuebijing Injection can improve the clinical total effective ratio of chronic heart failure,can protect coagulation function of patients. It plays an important role in the process of adjuvant therapy for chronic heart failure.
