荧光分光光度法测定巴戟天中蒽醌的含量

目的:建立荧光分光光度法测定中药巴戟天中蒽醌含量的方法,并初步比较不同产地巴戟天中蒽醌之间的含量差异性.方法:以丙酮为溶剂,1,8-二羟基蒽醌为对照品,在最大激发波长为425 nm,发射波长为513 nm处测定对照品及样品溶液的荧光强度.结果:在247.5~2970μ/L范围内,1,8-二羟基蒽醌溶液浓度与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);不同产地巴戟天的游离蒽醌含量范围为29.26~69.95 μg/g,结合蒽醌含量为3714.59~5830.39μg/g.结论:荧光分光光度法测定巴戟天中蒽醌的含量,方法可靠、重复性好;不同产地巴戟天中游离蒽醌、结合蒽醌的含量有一定差异.
Spectrofluorimetric determination of anthraquinone content in Morinda Officinalis How
AIM: To develop the spectrofluorimetric method to determine the anthraquinone content of Morinda Officinalis How, and to discuss the relations of anthraquinone content of Morinda Officinalis in different metropolis preliminarily. METHODS: 1, 8-dihydroxyanthraquinone was reference substance. Take acetone as solvent agent, the fluorescent intensity of the solution was measured at 425/513 run. RESULTS: The linear range was 247.5-2970 μg/L ( r = 0. 9995 ). Free anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone content of Morinda Officinalis in different growing areas range were 29.26-69.95 μg/g, 3714.59-5830.39 μg/g. CONCLUSION: This research for measuring anthraquinone content in Morinda Officinalis provides a kind of effectively dependable analytical method. Free anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone compositions of Morinda Officinalis in different metropolis have some differences.
