目的:通过丝线悬吊控制法建立小鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)模型.方法:3 wk龄的C57BL/6J小鼠,体质量约20 g,麻醉满意后,以8-0无损伤丝线圈挂游离出的肾动脉,通过滑轮-砝码装置制作肾缺血再灌注模型.结果:小鼠缺血45 min,再灌注后24 h血尿肌酐、血尿素氮水平均高于缺血前(P<0.01),且可见典型的IRI病理组织学改变.结论:该模型制备方法新颖,与传统肾缺皿再灌注模型相比具有较多的优点,成功地形成了缺血冉灌注损伤效果,是一种值得推广的模型制备方法.
A new type of renal ischemical reperfusion injury mice model
AIM: To set up a new type of renal ischemia-reper-fusion injury mice model by controllable thread hanging method. METHODS: Three weeks-old C57BL/6J mice, weighed 20 g. thin thread was used to hung the renal artery only, and was connected with a 1 g standard weight passing through a slidewheel. RESULTS: After 45 min of ischemia and 24 h of reperfusion, serum BUN and Cre of were all increased above the level of those before ( P < 0.01). Histopathology also confirm the same change. CONCLUSION: This new type of IRI mice model has many benefits than those model types before. It can successfully model the course of renal ischemic-reperfusion, and is worthy to be widely recommended.
