目的:在我们前期工作幕础上,研制出一种降解时间较长的胆道可吸收支架.方法:通过反复调整PLLA 和PLGA材料的合成方法,研制出具有不同降解周期的不透X光胆道支架试件,将其分为A,B,C 3个组,置于人新鲜胆汁中,恒温37℃并匀速震荡,每10 d为一个观察单位,动态观察支架降解过程中一般性状的变化.结果:PLLA和PLGA(PLA:PGA摩尔比为50:50)以质量比为70:30,90:10共混的方法得到的胆肠支撑支架具有较长的降解周期和良好的力学件能.结论:通过改变PLLA和PLGA的比例和制作工艺可以得到理想的胆道可吸收支架.
Biodegradable biliary duct stent in vitro
AIM:To invent one biodegradable biliary duct stem which spends long degradable time based on our previous research. METHODS:By changing the component methods of the material PLLA and PLGA repeatedly, we invent 3 groups of biliary duct stents named A, B and C. All of them have different degradable time and are obscure to X-ray. Then, we put the stents into the glass tubes which contains fresh human bile, keep them at 37℃ in water bathing tank of constant temperature and shake them at even speed. Observing the stents' change every other 10 d. RESULTS:The stents which are made from PLLA and PLGA(50L/50G)with the weight proportion at 70:30 and 90:10 show long degradation time and excellent strength character.CONCLUSION:We can invent the ideal degradable biliary duct stent through the way of changing the proportion and the composing technology between PLLA and PLGA.
