摘要

目的:采用超声心动图斑点追踪成像(STI)技术对心肌梗夕匕患者左室短轴节段不同形式的运动进行分析,评价其左室功能.方法:应用STI技术分析心肌梗死患者左室短轴基底段及心尖段心室节段径向应变(RS)、圆周方向应变(CS).根据心肌梗死后左室射血分数(LVEF)下降的程度,分析RS、CS变化.结果:心肌梗死后梗死段RS值较正常组减低、CS值较正常组增高.结论:STI能够评价左室短轴各个方向运动,心肌梗死后梗死段短轴各方向应变减低.

Abstract

AIM:To assess the left ventricle short axis strain changes of myocardium infarction in different directions base on speckle tracking imaging(STI).METHODS:Myocardium infarction left ventricle short axis base direction and tip of heart ventricle direction Radial strain(RS),circumferential strain(CS)were detected based on STI.Accroding to the decline level of myocardium infarction left ventriclee jection fraction,the changes of RS and CS were analyzed.RESULTS:Infarcted myocardium infarcted direction RS value are lower than normal value,CS valne were higher than normal values.CONCLUSION:STI enables accurate analysis of regional systolic function by frame-by-frame tracking high intensity dots in two-dimensional echocardiographic images.
