Effects on inflammatory factor and heart function to chronic ischemic cardiac failure in treatment with Levocarnitine combined atorvastatin
AIM:To investigate the effects on inflammatory factor and heart funotion to chronic ischemic cardiac failure in treatment with levocarnitine combined atorvastatin.METHODS:102 patients with chronic isehemic cardiac failure were randomized into 3 groups:test group,atorvastatin group and control group.All group were receive the same conventional therapy and based the conventional therapy,the patients in atorvastatin group were administered atorvastatin and Levoearnitine combined atorvastatin in test goup.TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and heart function in all group were measured in all group.RESULTS:The levels of TNF-α,IL-6and CRP in 3 groups were improved significantly after 2-week treatment.The levels of TNF-α,UL-6 and CRP in test group were lower than those of control group(P<0.01).The levels of IL-6 in atorvastatin group were lower than those of test group(P<0.05).The LVEF,LVEd and NYHA classification in test group were improved significantly when compared with before treatment,atorvastatin group and control group(P<0.05).NYHA classifications in atorvastatin group and control group were improved significantly after 2-week therapy(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Levocarnitine combined atorvastatin Can improve heart function by enhancing heart energy supply and decrease heart function inflammatory response.
