液基薄层细胞学检测结果7972例的宫颈病变诊断分析

目的:探讨液基薄层细胞技术(TCT)和Bethesda系统(TBS)用于子宫颈细胞学检查的临床价值.方法:2007-01/2009-11本院利用TCT结合TBS分类对7972例患者进行宫颈细胞学检查.结果:7972例涂片中检出异常涂片268例,其中不明确意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)204例(2.56%),低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)3l例(0.39%),高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)18例(0.23%),宫颈癌5例(0.07%).结论:TCT用于宫颈细胞学诊断,是筛查宫颈癌的重要手段.
Technology of liquid-based Thinprep Cytologic Test in the screening of cervical lesions in 7972 cases
AIM:To investigate the clinical value of liquidbased Thinprep Cytologic Test(TCT)technique and the Bethesda System(TBS)in the screening of cervical lesions.METHODS:From January 2007 to February 2009,7972 cases were detected by TCT and TBS.RESULTS:The positive cases were 268 out of 7972,including atypical squamons cells of undetermined signaficance(ASC-US)were in 204 cases(2.56%),low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)were in 31 cases(0.38%)and high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)were in 18 cases (0.23%);cervical carcinoma(CC)were in 5 cases(0.07%).CONCLUSION:TCT Can improve the positive screening rate of cervical lesions,which is an important method in the screening of eervieal cancer.
