姜黄素脂质体的制备工艺研究

摘要
目的:制备包封率高、粒径均匀、稳定性好的姜黄素脂质体,为其临床应用提供基础.方法:在分析大量文献和预试验的基础上,通过正交设计试验优化制备工艺,将制得的脂质体溶液冷冻干燥.结果:乙醇注入法制备的姜黄素脂质体平均包封率为46.69%,外观均匀、稳定性良好.结论:乙醇注入法制备姜黄素脂质体简单、可行,为提高姜黄素生物利用度提供了一种可能的新剂型.
Abstract
AIM:To prepare curcumin encapsulated lipsome with high encapsulation rate and good stability,in order to enhance the biological availability.METHODS:First,analysis a lot of literature reports and do a prepared experiment.Then,through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,choose the best prepared craft.At last,prepared freeze-dried lipsome of curcumin.RESULTS:The encapsulation rate of curcuvain lipsome prepared by the method of ethanal injection technique is 46.69%,solubility of drugs and stability are significantly increased as well.CONCLUSION:It is feasible to select lipsome as the drug carrier ofcurcumin by the method of ethanal injection.The preparation process of ethanol injection is simple and apt to control.The new form of prepared drug Call improve bioavailability of curcumin.
