Personality factors analysis of posttraumatic stress disorder in the Wenchuan earthquake related military rescuer
AIM:To evaluate the traits and posttraumatie stress disorder(PTSD)status of military rescue after Wenehuan earthquake correlation. METHODS:Demographic data were recorded, Cattell, R. B the sixteen personality factor test or questionnaire, 16PF and The posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)Checklist(PCL-C)was evaluated in 6 months after earthquake.RESULTS:The PTSD symptoms rate of re-experimence, avoid/numbness and high alert are high. There were 5.42% cases with PTSD. From the personality questionnaire correlation analysis showed that PTSD and stability, finn, excitability, fantasy factor to a negative correlation, justness sophisticated, independence,tonicity factor to a positive correlation. From the general information questionnaire correlation analysis showed that PTSD and yes/no is non-commissioned factor to a positive correlation.CONCLUSION:The military rescuer PTSD rate and personality factors have invariably correlation. Thus, mental health education and mould can reinforce psychological protection ability and to resist the stress ability, to reduce non-battle decrease officers and soldiers.
