摘要
目的:从科室管理的角度探讨医院实施5S管理对床位使用效益的影响.方法:运用归一分析法,提取床位周转率和床位利用率作为评价指标,并创建了"床位使用等效益曲线"模型,对2007年与2008年某中心医院床位使用数据进行分析比较.结果:2008年全面实施5S管理后医院床位使用效益值较2007年的水平有了显著的提高,其中主要贡献来自于床位周转率的提高.结论:5S管理在医院的实施可以为带来了更高的床位效益.
Abstract
AIM:From the perspective of the management of hospital departments to implement 5S management on the efficient use of beds.METHODS:This study uses normalization analysis,extraction bed utilization rate of bed turnover rate as the evaluation index,and create model of "use of bed-effective curve equivalence",analysis and comparison of a center hospital beds and the use of data in 2007-2008.RESULTS:Efficiency values of hospital beds in 2008 compared with has been significantly increased in 2007 after full implementation of 5S management,the main contribution from the bed turnover rate of increase.CONCLUSION:Implementation of 5S management call bring a higher bed-efficiency for hospital.
