Effect of compound feed with different protein content on the growth of juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis
Juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis(initial weight 25 g) was breeded by compound feed with four different protein content(26%,30%,34% and 36%) for 78 days. The test studied the protein demand of juvenile of S.sinensis.The results showed:the S.sinensis in 30% protein group had the highest body weight gain,34% and 36% was the next,26% was the lowest. For food coefficient,30% group was the lowest, next was 34% and 36%group,26%group was the highest;for absolute increase-weight,30% group was the highest, next was 34% and 36%group,26%group was the lowest;for specific growth rate,30% group was the highest, next was 34% and 36%group,26%group was also the lowest. The survival rate of all group was 100%.The test indicated that 30% protein content suits the protein demands of juvenile S.sinensis better.
