A total of 450 healthy largemouth bass(11±2) g were selected to investigate Yupingfeng polysaccha-ride complex probiotics on the delayed Edwardsiellatarda lipolysaccharides of Micropterus salmoides. They were ran-domly divided into a control group, compound probiotic group(CPB), YPF group, unfermented compound probiotic group(UYP) and fermented compound probiotic group(FYP), and fed 28 days later were injected with LPS of Edwardsiella tarda, and samples were collected at 0, 8, 24 and 48 h after injection.Immune or-gan growth index, serum biochemical index, tissue antioxidant index and liver immune-related gene expression were measured. The results showed that the head kidney index in FYP group was significantly higher than that in control group and YPF group after feeding for 28 days. After 0 h of LPS immunostimulation, the serum total antioxidant capacity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After 8 h of immunostimulation, serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase activities in UYP and FYP groups were significantly higher than those in control group, liver interleukin-1 and tumor nec-rosis factor-α concentrations were significantly higher than those in control group, and the relative expressions of nuclear factor-κB inhibitor kinase, interleukin-1β and interleukin-8 in liver were significantly down-regula-ted.Compared with other experimental groups, the superoxide dismutase activity in intestinal tissue and liver tis-sue in FYP group was significantly higher than that in different groups at 8 h after immune stimulation, and the serum IgM concentration at 48 h was significantly higher than in other groups. In conclusion, this study showed that both Yupingfeng polysaccharide and compound probiotics could improve the immune capacity of Microp-terus salmoides, and the effect of fermented Yupingfeng polysaccharide compound probiotics was better.
