基于态势感知的电网自动智能调度架构及关键技术

Architecture and Key Technologies for Situational Awareness Based Automatic Intelligent Dispatching of Power Grid

我国智能电网建设的发展对电网调度运行提出了更高要求,需要发展与之相适应的智能调度支撑体系。在智能电网调度领域已有技术成果的基础上,提出构建基于态势感知的自动智能调度体系架构,以期实现对电网运行状态发展趋势和过程的准确掌控。文中首先分析了传统电网调度的不足,介绍了电网态势感知及运行轨迹的概念及其表征方法,然后提出了自动智能调度的总体目标,给出了自动智能调度的功能和技术体系框架,主要包括感知预测、风险分析、辅助决策、自动控制等环节。在此基础上,结合电网调度领域的技术现状,指出了实现自动智能调度所需要重点突破的8个方面的关键技术。
The construction and development of smart grids in China make higher demand of dispatching and operation of power grid, thus it is necessary to develop an intelligent dispatching supporting system conformable with smart grid. Based on existing technical achievements in the field of smart grid dispatching it is proposed to construct a situational awareness based architecture of automatic intelligent dispatching system to accurately master the development trend and process of power grid operating conditions. Firstly, the defects of traditional power grid dispatching are analyzed and the concepts of situational awareness and operating trajectory of power grid as well as the method to characterize them are presented; then the overall objectives of automatic intelligent dispatching are put forward, and the functions of automatic intelligent dispatching and the framework of its technical architecture, mainly including perception based forecasting, risk analysis, auxiliary decision-making and automatic control and so on, are given. On this basis, combining with technical status of power grids, eight key technologies to be broken through for the realization of automatic intelligent dispatching are pointed out.
