为研究环氧绝缘材料电荷积聚过程的影响因素,减少材料表面电荷积聚效应,采用高阻计对直流电压下环氧绝缘材料不同时间点的体积电阻率和表面电阻率等关键电气性能进行测量,并采用直流试验装置,借助电容探头法进行直流高压下的表面电荷测量.通过相关理论研究,获得了环氧绝缘材料电阻率随直流电压作用时间的关系,建立了环氧绝缘材料电气性能与电荷积聚的关系,并明确了环氧绝缘材料电气性能的改进措施,对于减少直流电压下,环氧绝缘材料的表面电荷积聚,提高输变电设备直流绝缘子运行可靠性具有实际意义.
Influence of Electrical Properties of Epoxy Insulating Materials on Surface Charge Accumulation Under DC Voltage
High resistance meter was used to measure the key electrical properties such as volume and surface resistivity of epoxy insulating materials under DC voltage,and DC voltage test device was used to measure surface charge accumulation under DC high-voltage through capacitance probe method,in order to study the influence factors of epoxy insulating materials on surface charge accumulation and to reduce surface charge accumulation.The relationship between resistivity and DC high-voltage exerted time of epoxy insulating materials was achieved by theoretical research,and the relationship between electrical properties of epoxy insulating materials and charge accumulation were also established.The improvement measures for the electrical properties of epoxy insulating materials which has practical significance to reduce surface charge accumulation rate and improve the reliability of insulator used in power transmission and transformation equipment under DC voltage were also formulated.
