动态调整系统拓扑限制短路电流的配置方案及控制策略研究

随着电网的不断发展,短路电流超标问题逐渐突出,基于系统拓扑动态调整的短路电流限制方法,可避免常规限流措施带来的设备停运,从而降低对系统正常运行的影响.该文分析了断路器动作时序对短路电流的影响,提出考虑拓扑调整瞬态过程的短路电流分析方法,针对典型变电站分析了断路器开断电流超标工况,研究了不同拓扑调整方案下的短路电流限制效果及影响因素,最后研究了系统拓扑调整的动作策略及实现方案,分析了不同动作策略对限流效果的影响.500kV系统可主要考虑在出线布置快速断路器的方案,220kV系统可主要考虑在母线分段布置快速断路器的方案;拓扑调整控制策略可通过采集支路电流快速识别故障或通过与继电保护联动实现.
Configuration Scheme and Control Strategy of Short-circuit Current Limiting by Dynamic Adjustment of System Topology
With the continuous development of the power grids,there has gradually been prominent of the problem of short-circuit current's exceeding of the standard.The short-circuit current limitation based on the dynamic adjustment of the system topology can avoid the equipment shutdown caused by the conventional limitation measures and thus decrease the impact on the normal operation of the system.This paper analyzes the influence of operating sequence of the circuit breakers on the short-circuit current.The calculation method of the short circuit current considering the topology adjustment process is proposed.The breaking current of the circuit breakers in typical substations is analyzed.The limiting effects and influencing factors of different topology adjustment schemes are analyzed.The action strategy of system topology adjustment and its influence on the current limiting speed are analyzed.For a 500kV system,the fast circuit breaker can be mainly arranged on the line.For a 220kV system,the fast circuit breaker can be mainly set at the bus line in section.The control strategy of topology adjustment can be implemented by the fast detection of faults with the branch current measuring or by the linkage operation with the relay protection.
