电网频率校正控制方法在高比例新能源电网的适应性

新能源出力由自然禀赋决定,在电力平衡约束下的高比例新能源电网运行方式调整范围逐渐增加,传统固定策略的频率校正控制方法失配风险不断提高.建立典型系统,给出了研究频率校正控制的电网运行场景域描述方法,计算了频率校正控制系统任一轮次适应的电网运行场景域.提出将控制量可整定的范围作为评价任一轮次适应性的指标,使用多个轮次的最小可整定范围评价频率校正控制系统的适应性.利用实际电网参数建立分析模型,计算频率校正控制系统适应的极限新能源接入比例.传统频率校正控制方法难以适应新能源比例高的场景,亟需新型控制方法.
Adaptability of Frequency Correction Control Strategy for High Proportional New Energy Grid
The output of new energy is determined by its natural endowment.With the gradual increase of the adjustment range of the high proportional new energy grid operation mode under the constraint of power balance,there exists a continuous rise in the mismatch risks of the frequency correction control method of the traditional fixed strategy.By establishing a typical system,the description of the power grid operation scene domain for studying the frequency correction control is given,and the power grid operation scene domain for any round of adaptation of the frequency correction control system is calculated.It is proposed to take the adjustable range of the control variable as an index to evaluate any round of the adaptability,and to use the minimum adjustable range of multiple rounds to evaluate the adaptability of the frequency correction control system.The analysis model is built by using the actual power grid parameters,and the limit new energy access proportion adapted to the frequency correction control system is calculated.Traditional frequency correction control methods are difficult to adapt to scenarios with a high proportion of new energy,and there is an urgent need for new control methods.
