面向零碳园区的综合能源系统优化运行技术综述

双碳背景下,零碳园区级综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)成为我国节能降碳、提质增效政策的重点.然而,园区级综合能源系统具有源-网-荷-储一体化、多能互补、供需方动态博弈等特点,其优化运行技术面临强不确定性和耦合机理不明等诸多挑战.为此,对零碳园区级IES优化运行的研究现状、关键技术与未来发展趋势等方面进行综述至关重要.该文首先聚焦于多类型能源耦合能效提升,系统阐述了零碳园区级综合能源系统架构;进一步,从零碳园区实施路径入手,对零碳园区级综合能源系统优化运行所涉及的多类型储能技术、碳捕集技术、多能协同规划设计、需求响应、能源监测与优化调度等关键技术进行了归纳分析;最后以实现园区零碳为主要目标,从全方位融入零碳理念、综合探索碳吸收/碳排放等方面分析零碳园区优化运行所面临的核心问题,并从数字化、社会环境因素一体化、全域综合能源化等方向指明零碳园区的发展趋势.
Overview of Integrated Energy System Optimal Operation Technology for Zero-carbon Parks
The integrated energy system(IES)of zero carbon park under the dual-carbon goal has become the focus of energy-saving and carbon-reduction policies in China.However,with the characteristics of source-network-load-storage integration,multi-energy complementarity,and dynamic games,the park-level integrated energy system has the strong uncertainty and unknown coupling mechanism in its optimization technology.It is a promising solution to summarize the research status,key technologies,and future development trends of the IES's optimization.In this paper,we firstly focus on the improvement of energy efficiency after multi-type energy coupling,and systematically expound the architecture and characteristics of zero-carbon park-level integrated energy system.Furthermore,starting from the deduction of the implementation paths of the zero-carbon parks,the key technologies,such as multi-type energy storage technology,carbon capture technology,multi-energy collaborative planning and design,demand response,energy monitoring and optimal scheduling involved in the optimal operation of the zero-carbon park-level integrated energy system,are summarized and analyzed.Finally,with the main goal of achieving zero carbon,the core problems faced by the optimal operation of zero carbon parks are analyzed from the aspects of all-round integration of zero carbon concept and the comprehensive exploration of carbon absorption/carbon emissions.The development trend of zero carbon parks is pointed out from the direction of digitization,the integration of social and environmental factors and the global comprehensive energy.
