Wind Turbine Storage Joint Frequency Modulation Control Strategy Considering the Balance of Energy Storage Charge and Discharge
This paper proposes a wind storage joint primary frequency modulation control strategy that considers the energy storage balance to address the issue of imbalanced charging and discharging in energy storage group frequency modulation.Based on the energy storage frequency modulation principle of grouping charge and discharge tasks,a mathematical model for energy storage grouping frequency modulation charge and discharge at the optimal discharge depth was established. To improve the imbalance of energy storage charging and discharging,a comprehensive droop control coefficient for two sets of energy storage is constructed based on the energy storage balance, and a wind storage collaborative control strategy is designed. When the deviation of energy storage balance is large, the wind turbine rotor kinetic energy frequency modulation compensates for the insufficient energy storage power to improve the primary frequency modulation effect. Finally, simulation analysis used frequency difference offset and energy storage balance offset as evaluation indicators. The results showed that the proposed wind storage combined frequency modulation control strategy effectively improved energy storage balance reduced its damage to energy storage service life, and improved the frequency modulation effect.
