Measurement and Implementation Methods of Electricity Carbon Meter Considering Electricity Market-oriented Trading
Indirect carbon emission from electricity is one of the main sources of carbon emissions from power users, and carbon emission streams are an important method for calculating indirect carbon emission from electricity. At present, based on the carbon emission flow measurement theory, the impact of electricity market-oriented trading is scarcely considered. There is few implementation methods for corresponding engineering applications.Meanwhile,it is difficult for the users participating in the market-oriented electricity trading to accurately obtain the indirect carbon emission corresponding to their electricity consumption. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the distributed electric energy realization of the carbon emission flow theory.Considering the impact of electricity market-oriented trading on the carbon emissions of both parties and related users, this paper proposes a measurement method for electricity carbon emissions in the whole process of power system source, grid and load including electricity market-oriented trading. The characteristics and calculation methods of electricity carbon emission factors in the presence of green power trading and energy storage are studied.Based on the above theory, the electric carbon meter and its related systems are developed, and the actual topology of the power grid in a certain place is analyzed by using the electric carbon meter system, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method and the practicality of the electric carbon meter.
