高比例新能源接入下快速真空断路器容性开合能力提升研究

随着新能源高比例接入电力系统,尤其用户侧随机性和波动性较大的分布式光伏大容量接入10kV中压配电网并网运行,导致系统电压波动较频繁,易造成常规变电站10kV侧并联电容器组无功补偿更加频繁投切,常规无功补偿投切断路器容性开合能力已不满足要求,因此有必要开展高容性开合能力真空断路器关键技术研究及工程化样机研制.文中分析了实际三相背靠背电容器组投切工况,提出了容性开合能力提升影响因素,据此提出无功补偿快速真空断路器关键技术参数,设计了快速真空断路器同轴垂直分相操作结构并阐述工作原理.优化设计了断路器分合闸特性以适配容性开合性能,开展了高压大电流老练试验技术研究,提升了触头表面组织形貌,提高了抗熔焊能力和介质恢复速度.为进一步提高容性开合能力,结合选相技术,提出了选相关合策略,研究影响关合算法精度的影响因素,确保充分抑制关合涌流产生.依据上述研究成果,研制了 12kV无功补偿用高容性电寿命快速真空断路器,并开展了型式试验验证,试验结果表明该快速真空断路器不选相和选相分别完成2轮C2级共计416次三相背靠背电容器组开合试验,试验过程中未发生重击穿现象,性能指标满足技术要求,具备工程应用条件.
Research on the Improvement of Capacitive Opening and Closing Ability of Fast Circuit Breaker Under High Proportion of New Energy Access
With the high proportion of new energy access to the power system,especially the large-capacity distributed photovoltaic access to the 10kV medium-voltage distribution network with large randomness and volatility on the user side,it is easy to cause the reactive power compensation of the shunt capacitor bank on the 10kV side of the conventional substation to be switched frequently,and the conventional capacitive opening and closing special switch does not meet the requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the key technology research and engineering prototype development of high-capacity opening and closing electrical life vacuum circuit breakers.In this paper,the actual switching conditions of three-phase back-to-back capacitor banks are analyzed,and the key technical parameters of fast vacuum circuit breakers with high electrical life are proposed.The structure and working principle of the circuit breaker are designed.The coaxial vertical split-phase operation structure can be used to realize the selective correlation closing,and the opening and closing characteristics are optimized to adapt to the capacitive performance.The research on high-voltage and high-current aging technology has been innovatively carried out,which has improved the surface microstructure of the contact surface of the body contact,improved the anti-welding ability and medium recovery strength,correlation selection strategy is proposed.Based on this,a high-precision closing algorithm is studied,which fully suppresses the generation of closing inrush current and improves the capacitive opening and closing ability.Based on the above research results,12kV high capacitive electrical life fast vacuum circuit breaker was developed,and a third-party type test verification was carried out.The test results show that the fast vacuum circuit breaker completes two rounds of C2-level total 416 three-phase back-to-back capacitor bank opening and closing tests without phase selection and phase selection,respectively.The performance indicators meet the technical requirements and have engineering application conditions.
