考虑气水打捆外送的气水协调双层优化模型

针对水电"丰多枯少"资源特性给电力系统调峰、输电通道利用率造成的挑战,提出一种考虑气水打捆外送的气水协调双层优化方法.首先,分析川渝地区气水融合发展策略,提出气水打捆外送模式;其次,建立考虑气水打捆外送的气水协调发电双层优化模型.上层模型以考虑气电投资成本的系统年总利润最大化为目标,实现气水协调的容量优化配置,下层模型以年运营收益最大化为目标,实现气水协调优化运行;然后,采用混沌粒子群算法结合CPLEX求解器对模型进行求解,利用Shapley值法实现气水打捆外送的利润分配;最后,以某区域电力系统为例进行算例分析,结果表明所提模型可优化配置气电装机容量,实现气水协调优化运行,缓解水电季节性矛盾造成的调峰困境,提升外送通道利用率.
Gas-hydropower Coordinated Two-layer Optimization Model Considering Gas-hydropower Bundling for Outward Transmission
In view of the challenges caused by the resource characteristics of hydropower"surplus during wet seasons and shortage during dry seasons"to the power system peak regulation and the transmission channel utilization,a coordinated two-layer optimization of gas-hydropower considering the bundling of gas-hydropower outbound transmission is proposed.Firstly,analyzing the development mode of the gas-hydropower integration in Sichuan and Chongqing areas,this paper proposes a gas-hydropower bundling and outward transmission mode.Secondly,a two-layer optimization model of coordinated gas-hydro power generation considering the gas-hydro power bundling out is established.The upper level model takes as its objective function the maximum of the total annual profit of the system taking into account the investment costs of the gas-fired power stations,achieving the optimal capacity allocation for gas-hydro coordination.The lower level model uses the maximum of the annual operating revenue as the objective function to achieve the coordinated and optimised gas-hydro operation.Then,the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with the CPLEX solver is used to solve the model.The Shapley value method is used to achieve the profit sharing for the gas-hydro power bundling out.Finally,an arithmetical analysis of a certain regional power system is presented as an example.The results show that the proposed model is able to optimally allocate the installed capacity of the gas-fired power stations,achieve the coordinated and optimal operation of gas and water,alleviate the peaking dilemma caused by the seasonal contradiction of hydropower,and improve the utilisation rate of the outward transmission channel.
