Coordinated Optimization Scheduling Method for Distribution Networks and Photovoltaic Storage Charging Stations Considering the Coupling of Energy and Reserve
Aiming at the regulatory pressure brought by the large-scale integration of photovoltaic(PV)-storage charging stations into distribution networks,a coordinated optimization scheduling method for distribution networks and PV-storage charging stations considering the coupling of energy and reserve is proposed.Firstly,an economic scheduling model for PV-storage charging stations based on stochastic chance constraints is established to obtain the energy interaction scheme and reserve demand between PV-storage charging stations and distribution networks.Subsequently,a robust economic dispatch-linear power flow method is adopted to establish the optimization dispatch model for distribution networks considering uncertainty.Based on the Karush Kuhn Tucker(KKT)condition, distribution locational marginal price and reserve distribution locational marginal price is derived, guiding the interaction of PV-storage charging stations through energy and reserve prices and the potential of peak load shifting and reserve regulation of energy storage in charging stations is,therefore, further explored. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through case studies.
