国内柔性直流换流阀与阀控系统综述

近几年我国柔性直流技术发展迅速,已建成多个高压大容量柔性直流工程.换流阀作为柔性直流系统的核心设备,其可靠性直接影响直流系统的稳定运行.自渝鄂工程开展柔性直流换流阀标准化设计与可靠性提升专项工作以来,国内换流阀可靠性得到了明显提升,但随着设备运行时间的增加仍发生了多起因换流阀或阀控系统(valve base controller,VBC)故障导致子模块损坏或直流临停事故.该文通过梳理换流阀和阀控系统设计与功能配置情况、总结不同换流阀厂家技术路线差异并进行分析,最后提出相关建议,为下一阶段换流阀与阀控系统标准化设计与可靠性提升专项工作提供参考.
A Review of Flexible DC Converter Valves and Valve Base Controller in China
China's flexible DC technology has developed rapidly in rencent years,and several high-voltage and large-capacity flexible DC projects have been built.As the core equipment of a flexible DC system,the converter valve's reliability directly affects the DC system's stable operation.Since the special work of standardized design and reliability improvement of flexible DC converter valves carried out by the YuE Project,the reliability of domestic converter valves has been significantly improved.However,with the increased equipment operation time,there are still many sub-module damage or temporary shutdowns of the DC system.This paper summarizes and analyzes the differences in the technical routes of different converter valve manufacturers by combing the design and functional configuration of converter valves and valve control systems,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide a reference for the standardization design and reliability improvement of converter valves and valve control systems in the next stage.
