高光伏渗透率配电网电压控制策略研究综述

当前分布式光伏呈现规模化并网趋势,光伏出力的波动性造成高光伏渗透率配电网出现潮流反送,引发配电网电压频繁越限,给电网的安全可靠运行带来挑战.鉴于此,分析了不同光伏渗透率条件下配电网电压影响规律和控制原理.在此基础上,综述了当前高光伏渗透率配电网电压控制方案,并对不同控制方案的适应场景和优缺点进行了评述.同时,对分布式发电集群划分方法、集群优化控制、分布式控制算法等关键技术进行了重点梳理和阐述.最后对主动配电网电压控制技术的未来发展方向进行了展望.
Review on Voltage Control Strategies for High PV Penetration Distribution Networks
Currently,distributed photovoltaic(DPV)presents a large-scale grid-connected trend,and the volatility of PV output causes the load flow of high PV penetration distribution network to appear anti-transmission,triggering frequent distribution network voltage overruns,bringing challenges to the safe and reliable operation of the power network.In view of this,this paper analyses the distribution network voltage influence law and control principle under different PV penetration conditions.On this basis,the current voltage control schemes for high PV penetration distribution networks are reviewed,and the adaptation scenarios and advantages and disadvantages of different control schemes are commented.At the same time,key technologies such as distributed generation cluster division methods,cluster optimal control,distributed control algorithms and other key technologies are highlighted and described.Finally,the future development direction of active distribution network voltage control technology is outlooked.
