Study on Pharmacokinetics of Tylvalosin Tartrate Nanoemulsion in Broilers
In order to improve the bioavailability of tylvalosin tartrate(TAT),tylvalosin tartrate nanoemulsion(TAT-NE)was prepared and its pharmacokinetics was studied.Twelve 50-day-old white feathered broilers were di-vided into TAT soluble powder(TAT-SP)group and TAT-NE group, and every broiler was single oral adminis-tration TAT 20 mg/(kg·BW).Blood was collected from subwing veins at different time points, plasma was depro-teinized by acetonitrile, and blood drug concentration was detected by HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters were ana-lyzed by DAS2.0 software. The results showed that area under curve[AUC(0-t)]of TAT-NE and TAT-SP were(672.329±3.634)(mg·h)/L and(240.561±97.541)(mg × h)/L,respectively,and the peak time(Tmax)were 0.25 h and 8h,respectively.The peak concentrations(Cmax)were(125.601±2.056)mg/L and(48.398±4.387)mg/L,respectively,and the relative bioavailability of TAT-NE was 279.48%.These conclusion indicated that TAT-NE could significantly improve the bioavailability of TAT.
