丁酸梭菌对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响

本试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌( Clostridium butyricum)对罗斯308肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响。将540羽1日龄健康罗斯308肉鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30羽。试验分对照组,饲喂不含抗生素的基础饲粮;抗生素组,在基础饲粮中添加10 mg/kg 硫酸黏杆菌素和50 mg/kg 杆菌肽锌;丁酸梭菌组,在基础饲粮中添加3×108 CFU/kg丁酸梭菌。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组和抗生素组肉鸡体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著提高( P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组42日龄肉鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px )和总超氧化物歧化酶( T-SOD )活性显著增强( P<0.05),其中GSH-Px活性比抗生素组提高60.00%( P<0.05);抗生素组7和21日龄肉鸡血清T-SOD活性比对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。3)21日龄,丁酸梭菌组和抗生素组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白A( IgA)含量分别比对照组提高28.70%( P<0.05)和26.46%( P<0.05)。7、21和42日龄,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白G( IgG)含量分别比对照组提高36.60%( P<0.05)、37.77%( P<0.05)和27.03%( P<0.05)。7和42日龄,抗生素组肉鸡血清IgG含量与对照组相比显著提高( P<0.05)。21和42日龄,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白M( IgM)含量与对照组相比显著提高( P<0.05),且分别比抗生素组提高7.92%( P>0.05)和47.62%( P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组肉鸡血清总蛋白( TP)含量显著升高( P<0.05),且在21和42日龄时,TP含量分别比抗生素组提高31.33%( P<0.05)和52.27%( P<0.05)。与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌组21和42日龄肉鸡血氨含量显著降低( P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加丁酸梭菌能够提高肉鸡血清抗氧化能力并增强机体免疫功能,促进蛋白质代谢,进而改善肉鸡的生长性能,且添加丁酸梭菌能减少肉鸡氨排放。
Effects of Clostridium butyricum on Growth Performance, Antioxidant Capacity, Immune Function and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Broilers
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth per-formance, antioxidant capacity, immune function and serum biochemical parameters of broilers.A total of 540 one-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 birds per replicate for a 42-day trial.Dietary treatments were:an antibiotic-free basal diet ( control group, CON) , basal diet supplemented with 10 mg/kg colistin sulfate and 50 mg/kg bacitracin zinc ( antibiotic group, ANT) , and basal diet supplemented with 3×108 CFU/kg Clostridium butyricum (Clostridium butyricum group, CB).The results showed as follows:1) the body weight ( BW) , average daily gain ( ADG) and average daily feed in-take ( ADFI) of broilers in CB and ANT were significantly increased ( P<0.05) compared with those in CON. 2 ) The activities of serum glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) and total superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD) in broil-ers at 42 days of age were significantly enhanced ( P<0.05) compared with those in CON, and GSH-Px activi-ty was 60.00%higher ( P<0.05) than that in ANT.At 7 and 21 days of age, serum T-SOD activity of broilers in ANT was significantly increased ( P<0.05) compared with that in CON.3) Compared with CON, serum immunoglobulin A ( IgA) content in broilers at 21 days of age in CB and ANT was increased by 28.70%( P<0.05) and 26.46%( P<0.05) , and serum immunoglobulin G ( IgG) content in broilers at 7, 21 and 42 days of age was increased by 36.60%( P<0.05) , 37.77%( P<0.05) and 27.03%( P<0.05) , respectively.Serum IgG content of broilers at 7 and 42 days of age in ANT was significantly higher ( P<0.05) than that in CON. Serum immunoglobulin M ( IgM) content of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age in CB was significantly increased compared with CON, while 7.92%( P>0.05) and 47.62%( P<0.05) higher than that in ANT.4) Serum to-tal protein ( TP) content of broilers in CB was significantly higher ( P<0.05) than that in CON, especially in-creased by 31.33%( P<0.05) and 52.27%( P<0.05) compared with that of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age in ANT.Meanwhile, serum ammonia content of broilers in CB was significantly decreased ( P<0.05) com-pared with that of broilers at 21 and 42 days of age in CON.These results indicated that supplementation with Clostridium butyricum in diet can enhance serum antioxidant capacity and immune function, promote protein metabolism, and then improve the growth performance of broilers;moreover, it can aslo reduce ammonia emis-sions from broilers.
