Effects of Combination of Glucose Oxidase and Catalase on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility,Serum Indices and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers

本试验旨在研究复合葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)对肉鸡生长性能、养分消化率、血清指标及肠道形态的影响.选用健康的1日龄罗斯308白羽肉鸡600只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只鸡(公母各占1/2).对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加 250 g/t GOD、250 g/t CAT、250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT、250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT和250 g/t GOD+500 g/t CAT.试验分为1~21日龄和22~42日龄2个阶段,试验期42 d.结果表明:1)1~21日龄,与对照组相比,250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT组的21日龄体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,250 g/t GOD+250 g/tCAT组1~21日龄粗脂肪消化率显著升高(P<0.05),干物质、粗蛋白质和总能消化率分别提高了 1.94%、1.47%和2.37%(P>0.05).3)与对照组相比,250 g/t GOD组21日龄血清白蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),250 g/t CAT组血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著升高(P<0.05),250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT组血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著升高(P<0.05).4)与对照组对比,250 g/t CAT组21日龄血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT组血清丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05).5)与对照组相比,250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT组和250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT组21日龄回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT可提高肉鸡1~21日龄的生长性能和养分消化率,添加250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT 和 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT 可促进肉鸡肠道发育.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of combination of glucose oxidase(GOD)and catalase(CAT)on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum indices and intestinal morphology of broilers.A total of 600 one-day-old healthy Ross 308 white feather broilers were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each replicate(half male and half female).Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 250 g/t GOD,250 g/t CAT,250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT,250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT and 250 g/t GOD+500 g/t CAT,respectively.The experiment was divided into two stages:1 to 21 days of age and 22 to 42 days of age,and the experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)during 1 to 21 days of age,compared with the control group,the body weight at 21 days of age and average daily gain of 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the ether extract digestibility during 1 to 21 days of age of 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and gross energy was increased by 1.94%,1.47%and 2.37%,respectively(P>0.05).3)Com-pared with the control group,the serum albumin content at 21 days of age of 250 g/t GOD group was signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05),the serum immunoglobulin G content of 250 g/t CAT group was significantly in-creased(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin A content of 250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT group was sig-nificantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum superoxide dismutase activity at 21 days of age of 250 g/t CAT group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialde-hyde content of 250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT group was significantly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,the ileal crypt depth at 21 days of age of 250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT group and 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary addition of 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT can improve growth performance and nutrient digestibility of broilers during 1 to 21 days of age,and addition of 250 g/t GOD+125 g/t CAT and 250 g/t GOD+250 g/t CAT can promote the intesti-nal development of broilers.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7748-7758]
