浒苔多糖对育肥滩羊生长性能、血清生化指标、肉品质及肌肉中氨基酸含量的影响

Effects of Enteromorpha prolifera Polysaccharide on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes,Meat Quality and Muscle Amino Acid Contents of Fattening Tan Sheep

本试验旨在研究浒苔多糖对育肥滩羊生长性能、血清生化指标、肉品质及肌肉中氨基酸含量的影响.试验选用40只体重[(22.17±0.36)kg]相近、健康的45日龄滩羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊.4个组的饲粮中浒苔多糖添加水平分别为0(对照组)、500(试验Ⅰ组)、1 000(试验Ⅱ组)、1 500 mg/kg(试验Ⅲ组).预试期为10 d,正试期为60 d.结果表明:1)试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的终末体重(FBW)和平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05).2)试验Ⅲ组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05).3)试验Ⅲ组的胴体重显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),背膘厚、蒸煮损失均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).4)试验Ⅲ组的背最长肌甘氨酸(Gly)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苏氨酸(Thr)、酪氨酸(Tyr)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的背最长肌总氨基酸(TAA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)、鲜味氨基酸(DAA)和甜味氨基酸(SAA)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上所述,育肥滩羊基础饲粮中添加浒苔多糖均可不同程度地改善滩羊生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质,其中以添加1 500 mg/kg浒苔多糖的效果最好.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,meat quality and muscle amino acid contents of fattening Tan sheep.Forty health 45-day-old male Tan lambs with similar body weight[(22.17±0.36)kg]were ran-domly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 lamb per replicate.The supplemental levels of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide in the diets of the four groups were 0(control group),500(test groupⅠ),1 000(test group Ⅱ)and 1 500 mg/kg(test group Ⅲ),respectively.The pre-experimental period las-ted for 10 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight(FBW)and average daily gain(ADG)of test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ration(F/G)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),im-munoglobulin M(IgM),total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)in serum of test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The carcass weight of test groupⅢ was significantly higher than that of control group and test group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and the back fat thickness and cooking loss were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4)The contents of gly-cine(Gly),aspartic acid(Asp),glutamic acid(Glu),leucine(Leu),threonine(Thr)and tyrosine(Tyr)in longissimus dorsi of test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of total amino acids(TAA),essential amino acids(EAA),delicious amino acids(DAA)and sweet amino acids(SAA)in longissimus dorsi of test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide in the basal diet of fattening Tan sheep can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and meat quality to varying degrees,among them which adding 1 500 mg/kg Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide has the best effect.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7920-7930]
