摘要

本试验旨在探究限制基础饲粮同时补饲水培大麦苗对籽鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、脏器指数和血清生化指标的影响.选取28日龄籽鹅160只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鹅.A组籽鹅自由采食基础饲粮,不补饲水培大麦苗;B、C和D组籽鹅分别以A组采食量的85.0%、72.5%和60.0%饲喂基础饲粮,并自由采食水培大麦苗.试验期42 d.结果显示:1)A和B组籽鹅的总增重和平均日增重显著高于C和D组(P<0.05);B组籽鹅的终末体重显著高于C和D组(P<0.05);B组籽鹅的每千克增重成本最低.2)A和B组籽鹅的腹脂率显著高于D组(P<0.05);A组籽鹅的屠宰率显著高于C和D组(P<0.05),半净膛率和瘦肉率显著高于C组(P<0.05);B组籽鹅的屠宰率和胸肌率显著高于D组(P<0.05),瘦肉率显著高于C和D组(P<0.05).3)A组籽鹅的肝脏指数显著高于D组(P<0.05),肌胃指数显著低于D组(P<0.05).4)A和B组籽鹅的血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于C和D组(P<0.05);A组籽鹅的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性显著高于C和D组(P<0.05),血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著高于B和D组(P<0.05),血清总胆红素(TB)含量显著低于C和D组(P<0.05);B组籽鹅的血清甘油三酯(TG)和总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于C和D组(P<0.05).由此可见,在籽鹅育成期,采取饲喂85.0%基础饲粮并自由采食水培大麦苗的饲喂方案效果较好.

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of restricted basal diet and supplemented with hydroponic barley seedling on growth performance,slaughter traits,viscera indexes and serum biochemical in-dexes of Zi geese.One hundred and sixty Zi geese at 28 days of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate.Geese in group A were provided a basal diet ad libi-tum without hydroponic barley seedlings.Geese in groups B,C and D were fed 85.0%,72.5%and 60.0%of the basal diet fed in group A,respectively,and hydroponic barley seedlings were provided ad libitum.The ex-periment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)Zi geese in groups A and B had significantly higher total gain(TG)and average daily gain(ADG)than those in groups C and D(P<0.05).Zi geese in group B had significantly higher final body weight(FBW)than that in groups C and D(P<0.05).The cost of weight gain per kilogram in group B was the lowest.2)Zi geese in groups A and B had significantly higher ab-dominal fat rate than that in group D(P<0.05).Zi geese in group A had significantly higher carcass rate than that in groups C and D(P<0.05),and had significantly higher half net carcass rate and lean meat rate than those in group C(P<0.05).Zi geese in group B had significantly higher carcass rate and chest muscle rate than those in group D(P<0.05),and had significantly higher lean meat rate than that in groups C and D(P<0.05).3)Zi geese in group A had significantly higher liver index and lower gizzard index than those in group D(P<0.05).4)The serum albumin(ALB)content of Zi geese in groups A and B were significantly higher than those in groups C and D(P<0.05).Zi geese in group A had significantly higher serum alanine transami-nase(ALT)and creatine kinase(CK)activities than those in groups C and D(P<0.05),had significantly higher serum glucose(GLU)content than that in groups B and D(P<0.05),and had significantly lower ser-um total bilirubin(TB)content than that in groups C and D(P<0.05).Zi geese in group B had significantly higher serum triglyceride(TG)and total protein(TP)contents than those in groups C and D(P<0.05).It is concluded that,in growing period of Zi geese,feeding 85.0%basal diet with ad libitum feeding of hydroponic barley seedlings can obtain the better feeding effect.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(1):332-339]
