摘要
绿原酸是从植物中提取的一种具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、保护血管等多种生物活性的缩酚酸.近年来发现,绿原酸能够调控营养物质代谢、促进动物生长发育、提高繁殖性能、改善产品品质、降低环境污染.本文综述了绿原酸的化学结构和来源、生物活性与作用机制及其在动物生产中的应用,为开发绿原酸作为一种新型饲料添加剂提供理论依据.
Abstract
Chlorogenic acid is a depside extracted from plants with a variety of biological activities including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral and vascular protection and so on.In recent years,it has been found that chlorogenic acid can regulate nutrient metabolism,promote animal growth and develop-ment,improve reproductive performance,improve product quality and reduce environmental pollution in ani-mal production.This paper summarizes the chemical structure and source of chlorogenic acid,the biological ac-tivity and corresponding mechanism of action,and its application in animal production,in order to provide the-oretical support for the development of chlorogenic acid as a new feed additive.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2024,36(3):1389-1398]
